Specifically, we need you to help our customers get a great experience from us, and to foster a strong and mutually beneficial relationship. We know you are the sort of person that can see the customer’s perspective and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that they get maximum value with minimum friction – that’s why we chose you.

We also know you have a genuine drive to empathise with (and advocate for) the customer, and your ability to organise and implement processes to ensure regular and meaningful contact and support is why we know you are going to succeed here with the rest of the team. Specifically, you are going to manage our customer accounts to ensure that they are getting maximum value out of Teamgage, work with them to build strong and long-term relationships, gather their feedback and work with the rest of the team to solve issues and increase the value they receive from us each and every day. In short, you are going to ensure the customer gets a successful outcome by choosing to work with us. Your previous experience working with the executive level within large organisations and managing large accounts will be critical in ensuring success.
