We know you’re a high performer, and you’re going to add tremendous value to our already stellar team. Don’t worry we’ll give you the tools and support you need. We are excited to take on an undergraduate or graduate in this role in a casual or part-time basis.

Specifically, we need you to help our team be more organised and efficient. We know you are the sort of person that loves being organised and helping others and is really keen to soak up experiences and learn– that’s why we chose you.

We also know you have a genuine drive towards self-motivation, and your ability to work with people who are busy and think about how you can do that little bit extra to make things easier for other is why you are going to succeed here with the rest of the team. Specifically, you are going to work closely with the two founders and help them be very organised and responsive to team members and clients. You will help with email follow-ups and booking meetings, creating weekly and monthly reports for management and team meetings, assist with ad hoc tasks such as planning trips, event and conference co-ordination. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with our Teamgage client launches and support our delivery team in peak periods
